Responsibilities

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize business operations,
foster strong customer relationships, and drive team success through innovative strategies.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance internal work procedures and processes.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships to address current and future customer needs.
• Lead and oversee business unit operations to ensure safe and effective execution.
• Establish clear and frequent communication channels with customers and team members.
• Manage the team to deliver and sustain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle staffing decisions, training, and employee performance development.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports for upper management.
• Solve complex and unique departmental issues with innovative solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or related fields.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Competence in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

 

Preferred Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or related fields.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and upper management.
• Proven ability to resolve problems, create process improvements, and implement strategies for risk reduction and efficiency.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, presenting findings, and recommending strategic actions.
